![Step 1](step-1.jpg)
Preheat a #air fryer{} to 350 degrees. (No air fryer? No problem! Adjust rack to top position and preheat #oven{} to 350 degrees.)
Pat @icelandic cod{20%oz} dry with @paper towels{}; season both sides with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}.
Evenly spread tops of fish with @sour cream{3%tbsp}; mound with @wonton strips{2%unit} (crumbs), pressing firmly to adhere (no need to coat the undersides!).
Coat the #air fryer{} basket with nonstick @cooking spray{4%unit}; add cod to basket in a single layer (for 4 servings, work in batches if necessary). Air-fry until cod is cooked through, ~{8%minutes} to ~{10%minutes}. (If using the oven, place cod on a #baking sheet{} and bake on top rack for ~{10%minutes} to ~{12%minutes}.)

![Step 2](step-2.jpg)
Meanwhile, wash and dry produce.
Massage @microwavable grain blend{2%unit} in package to separate grains. Partially open package; microwave until warmed through, ~{1½%minutes} to ~{2%minutes}.
Transfer grain blend to a #large bowl{}. Add @kale{8%oz}, a large drizzle of @olive oil{4%tsp}, and a pinch of salt; toss to combine.

![Step 3](step-3.jpg)
Trim and thinly slice @radishes{6%unit}. Trim and thinly slice @scallions{4%unit}, separating whites from greens.
In a second #small bowl{}, combine @miso ginger dressing{4%oz}, @sweet thai chili sauce{4%oz}, and @water{2%tsp} (4 tsp for 4 servings). Set aside.

![Step 4](step-4.jpg)
To bowl with grain mixture, add @edamame{8%oz}, radishes, scallion whites, @ponzu sauce{24%ml}, and @sesame ginger crunch{2%unit}; toss to combine.
Divide grain mixture between bowls and top with wonton-crusted cod. Drizzle cod and grains with as much sauce as you like. Sprinkle with scallion greens and serve.
